ordering

when you place an order through our website, you will receive an order confirmation email. this email confirms we have received your order but does not guarantee acceptance. we reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order for any reason ( e.g. stock issues, error in pricing or product information ).

product information

we take care to ensure our product descriptions and images are accurate. however please note:

colours and packaging may vary slightly our
syrups are food products and should be stored as directed
allergens are clearly labelled - please read them carefully before ordering

prices & payment

all prices are listed in GBP ( £ ) and include VAT where applicable. we accept payment through the website using stripe payments via secure checkout. Full payment must be received before your order is dispatched.

delivery

we currently deliver to UK addresses. shipping options, costs, and estimated delivery times are displayed at checkout. we aim to dispatch orders within 1-2 business days. delivery times may vary based on location and courier service. please ensure your delivery details are accurate- we cannot be responsible for delays due to incorrect addresses.

refunds & returns

due to the nature of our products, we only accept returns of sealed items that are:

damaged in transit
incorrectly sent
faulty

to request a return of refund, contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. full details are available in our refund policy. customers have the right to cancel an order before it has shipped. please contact us as soon as possible.
