Refund Policy

RETURNS​

 

We want you to be completely satisfied with your order. However, due to the nature of our products ( a sealed food item ), we are only able to accept returns in certain circumstances. Under UK law, food and drink items that are sealed for health and hygiene reasons are not eligible for return once opened, unless they are faulty or damaged. If your product arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at ceceseverythingsyrup@gmail.com, and we will be happy to help. We may ask for a photo of the item and packaging so we can investigate and resolve the issue quickly. ​

 

​If your refund request is approved, we will process your refund to the original method of payment within 5-10 business days. you will be notified once your refund has been issued. Refunds may be offered in the following situations:​

​

  • the product arrived damaged or broken

  • the wrong item was sent

  • your order was not delivered ( subject to investigation with the courier ) ​

 

CANCELLATIONS ​

 

you have the right to cancel your order before it has been dispatched. please email us as soon as possible at ceceseverythingsyrup@gmail.com. once your order has shipped, we are unable to cancel it. ​

 

RETURNS ADDRESS

 

​if a return is required, we will provide the return address via email. please do not send products back without contacting us first, as we may not be able to accept them. ​

 

WHO PAYS FOR RETURN SHIPPING?

 

​if the return is due to an error on our part ( e.g. damaged or incorrect item ), we will cover the return postage costs. if the return is not due to our a fault, return postage will be at the customers expense and must be arranged in advance with our team.
